This was your homemade sauce recipe:
3/4 peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
4 tbsp hoisen sauce
1 garlic clove mashed to paste- i used a microplaner for this
1/2 a lime squeezed
21/4 teaspoons chile-garlic paste (to taste, be conservative)
3 tablespoons warm water
2 1/2 tablespoons Chinese rice vinegar
4 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 teaspoons white granulated sugar
Whisk like an MF!
Can make 2 days ahead, for best results let chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
