Bakin Bacon!!!

Well, The jury is still out on this one…

Pros:

you don’t have to nurse them.

20-25 minutes and you’re done.

no more grease burns.

It’s bacon!

Cons:

If you don’t use a sturdy sheet pan it will bend and half the bacon will be tooo well done.

holy bacon grease Batman! Don’t spill that stuff while moving the pan.  (I spilled some in the oven, Time to clean the oven!)

Verdict: Hung Jury

If I use a sturdier pan it won’t bend and half the bacon won’t be burned. Using care to remove the pan will lead to no grease spillage.

I’ll give this one more shot and let you guys know.

Additional advice: Use a screen under the bacon!bacon
