Coat SHRIMP or TOFU in this sauce. We piled the shrimp over spinach and made salads for dinner. Taken from this recipe from I am a Food Blog. We made this recipe with the potato starch and tofu and it was horrible. The potato starch turned gummy on the tofu and i’m still not sure what happened. I can’t find much of a reason to use the potato starch now.
Mix the following and heat shrimp or tofu in it.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
top with diced green onions
