Mint cranberry smoothie: Blend two bananas, one cup frozen berries, four mint leaves, 1/4 cup avocado and one cup almond milk. Top with berries, mint leaves, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and crushed flaxseeds. We added walnuts and coconut shavings to ours.

Apparently if you use frozen fruit it makes it thicker.
