CHIA SEED PUDDING

USE:

2cups MILK like coconut milk, almond milk, regular milk

1/2cup chia seeds

(some people use vanilla or chocolate in this step)

Stir, wait a few minutes, stir again. Then let sit overnight.

Top with cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut flakes, ginger….spiced pears…anything really!
