Mike votes yes for salmon lately. Surprise surprise! We have been cooking fresh salmon on the stove! Crisp it up with some teriyaki sauce. Add avocado, some kind of vegetable (asparagus….spinach…red peppers? cooked in the sauce) and some sesame seeds. I love eating “bowl” dinners.
