salt & pepper tofu!
DRY TOFU in dishtowel and SALT IT
LET IT SIT 15 mins
toss in this mix of salt & pepper mix
- 1 TSP salt (very little)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fine white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
then saute it in jalapenos and GARLIC!!
